I have been here for 4 months going on 5 and continuing. It is amazing! They are very pleasant and friendly. Issues get fixed immediately or as soon as possible. Mrs. Katrina always helps and fixes issues when they arise. She makes this property what it is. The other staff are amazing as well. Once we had an issue when a technological malfunction happened but they got it fixed within 2 minutes. They knew we had small children and put us where it would be the least likely place to get a complaint. They always very friendly and high fiving our daughter that is special needs. Also, they don't let any unwanted and uninvited guests to stick around. They take care of it immediately. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Simply beautiful…. Considering the location, price, current rates that are continuously rising. Miss Katrina. Front desk manager is Superb. Deep South professionalism and southern hospitality that represents Inn Town Suites in the Highest Regard. Rooms are standard size and look smart with the fresh paint and attention to detail with the upgrades. The area and location you can-not compare to how Jacksonville is expanding and moving fast with upgrades and modernization. Located next to a small shopping plaza with in just about a 2 minute walk. Restaurants, nice business park with a lakes and ponds if you desire an early, early morning sunrise Florida walk. Above all they run a Tight Ship. No smoking outside of your room so other guest won’t be bothered. Solid enforcement in the parking lot and a well rounded level of accountability to other guest members and thier peace , relax , and enjoyment. Job well done! There’s good in just about everything. Let’s focus on it

I absolutely love Angela up front. Katrina and her are very helpful and friendly. If you follow the property guidelines it's a peaceful stay. Price was best I found around the surrounding areas.
